It looks like a blob spaceship. The McCain's have landed.

To me it resembles the all-seeing-eye with an inoperable cataract.
A McCain/Palin victory and the country explodes.

I know that's a massive explosion & everything, yet, still, it looks tastey to me.
These images remind me of the looks of highly detailed close-ups of the cooking process. I can't really explain it, though, that's kind of what I think.
